Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how Webfries IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (operating as "Diet Baba") handles cancellations and refunds for its subscription services.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at hello@dietbaba.com.

- Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Data: Your account data and client data will remain accessible until the subscription expires.

2. Refunds

All fees and charges are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

- Exceptions: We may (at our sole discretion) provide a refund if there is a technical error on our part that prevents you from accessing the platform for a prolonged period, provided you have contacted support and we have failed to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
- Free Trials: If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends. Once the paid subscription begins, the non-refundable policy applies.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately at hello@dietbaba.com. We will investigate the issue and process a refund if the charge was incorrect.
